We ship with Royal Mail 24h or 48h tracked service. Shipping rates vary depending on the service used. We do not ship to PO boxes.
We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen orders during transit. In the unfortunate event that this happens, please reach out to Royal Mail for further assistance. 


We ship worldwide with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Shipping rates may vary depending on recipient’s destination. 
We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen orders during transit, or for any delays caused by transportation either via ground or air.

Items shipped outside of the UK may be subject to custom and import duties and may vary depending on the rates applicable in the country of destination. 
It is customer’s responsability to pay any custom duties and taxes applicable to their country in order to receive their order.
We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information. 



Due to the made to order nature of each ANMAES BEADS piece, we do not offer returns or exchanges. 
Refunds are only issued if a piece is damaged upon receipt. We do ask that you send us an email including a picture of the damaged item and your preference of receiving a refund or replacement. 

We strinctly reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds requests, unless they fall within the above policy mentions. 

We urge each customer to thoroughly check items descriptions and reach out with any questions or concerns before placing their order. 
We are more than happy to help you choose the right piece for you, and advise on any questions you may have. 



We offer free of charge repairs for any items up to 1 year from the time of order. 
Repair requests can only be done via email, please reach out to hello@anmaesbeads with your order number in the subject and include a picture of the item that needs repair. 
We aim to respond within 3 working days. We won’t accept any items received without a repair request.
