Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be shipped. All our items are made to order, with each piece being produced after we receive your order.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We ship with Royal Mail 24h or 48h tracked service. Shipping rates vary depending on the service used. We do not ship to PO boxes.
We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen orders during transit. In the unfortunate event that this happens, please reach out to Royal Mail for further assistance. 



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Shipping rates may vary depending on the recipient's destination. 
We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen orders during transit, or for any delays caused by transportation either via ground or air.

Items shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs and import duties and may vary depending on the rates applicable in the country of destination. 
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs duties and taxes applicable to their country in order to receive their order.
